A Faith-Based Farm Adventure for Children

Hosted by Thru God’s Grace Farm
Ages: 3–12
Group Size: 8–15 children per session (small, calm, personal)
Length: 90 minutes

🌱 Purpose

Little Shepherds Farm Club is a gentle, faith-centered farm experience where children learn:

• How God cares for His creation

• How to treat animals with kindness

• How we are God’s little shepherds

This is not a loud carnival — it’s a peaceful, hands-on farm encounter where children feel safe, seen, and special.

🐄 What Children Experience

1️⃣ Welcome Circle (10 min)

Children gather under a tree or barn porch.

• Prayer of gratitude

• Short Bible verse about God’s creation

• Farm rules explained gently

“The Lord is my Shepherd…” – Psalm 23

2️⃣ Animal Encounters (35 min)

In small rotating groups:

• Bottle-feed baby goats or lambs

• Brush  horses

• Meet the cows, donkeys, and chickens

• Learn animal names & fun facts

Children are encouraged to speak kindly to animals and move gently.

3️⃣ Story & Snack Time (15 min)

Under a shaded tent:

• Short farm-themed Bible story

• Fresh lemonade or juice

• Cookies or cupcakes

4️⃣ Farm Craft (20 min)

Children make something to take home:
Examples:

• “God’s Little Lamb” ornament

• Painted wooden farm animal

• Plant a vegetable or flower seed

5️⃣ Closing Blessing (10 min)

• Group photo (optional)

• Blessing over the children

• Each child receives a Little Shepherd certificate
